Monini Design Workshop
Ideation of and mentorship in thematic workshops held in Spoleto and dedicated to the design of gadgets, temporary shops, Monini points for Monini, the largest Italian olive oil producer, in order to taste and promote the dissemination of Extra virgin olive oil.
Bonduelle Design Workshop
Designers from various IED Istituto Europeo di Design campuses around the world worked on how to communicate the creation of a ready-made salad pack whose containment tray was produced with half the plastic compared to to the old version. The workshop was made for Bonduelle and held during Milan Design Week.
Findus Design Workshop
Redesigning a perfect and apparently untouchable object such as the Sofficino Findus was the brief given the students of the Master in Food Design course of IED Rome.
