DeaMadre – life in balance, is a new Food Format for healthy, sustainable and balanced nutrition.
The project was born with the aim of making food a source of energy and health with the support of technology and science.
DeaMadre was born in Campania, cradle of the Mediterranean Diet, to offer a range of unique combined and balanced gastronomy dishes, for a healthy life in harmony with the Planet.
At the base of DeaMadre is the study of a team of professionals in the fields of Design, techno-food and nutritional supply chain coming from all over Italy. The recipes bear the signature of Stefano Polato, famous chef of Italian and European space missions and nutraceuticals and molecular cuisine expert.
DeaMadre streetfood venues are characterized by the use of natural materials such as steel, glass, corten and lava stone. The fridge and the counter were designed for DeaMadre premises and made by Ifi, a leading company for quality and technological innovation. The packaging take away was made of paper and cellulose pulp while the one intended for large-scale retail trade is made of compostable bioplastic.
Visual communication as well as plates, glasses and trays, also take into account the needs of food display, conservation and transportation, always following an aesthetic and functional philosophy coordinated with the rest of the format.
